Which is why we made sure that our rates are listed clearly here. But there is more. We know we all love to save sometimes at shipping. That is why if you spend more than MYR 200 per order, we will ship to you FREE if you are shipping to MALAYSIA. I know. we love to extend this offer to everyone. And we hope we can soon.

Please note the following terms & conditions. This terms and conditions apply to order intended for Singapore customer only.

  1. Customers are required to deal with their respective country's custom policies. If your order is held by customs, Eyetina is not responsible for any issue or cost incurred by your country's customs.
  2. It typically takes 2-5 business days for an order reach you from the time of delivery. In the event that it does not arrive after 5 business days, customers are required to inform Eyetina of the missing order immediately. This MUST be done within 14 days from the date of delivery to enable us to start an investigation in a timely manner. The failure to inform Eyetina of your missing order within 14 days from the date of delivery will forfeit the customer of any refunds. The definition of date of delivery is the actual date posted in the tracking information where it is mentioned as "picked up" or "sent' from our centre.
  3. Eyetina may process and sent your order into 2 or more packages if the valued of orders are above RM500.
