  • You may return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Item must be unused, unworn and in the state you received them - including the original packaging.
  • Open contact lens boxes, vials lenses, other custom prescription products and custom colors toric lens are not eligible for returns

  • Please package your return carefully to ensure your lenses, glasses, or other optical products purchased are not damaged in route to our warehouse - we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office.
  • We recommend your use registered mail, despatch or courier service to ship your return product.
  • Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, an Eyetina returns specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within 3-5 days of arrival, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
  • Depending on the situation, a return fee may be charged to cover the cost incurred from any third party services (payment gateway, paypal, molpay) as well as cost to restock the items.
